This was the very first thing that I found out about Mr Mark Steel and for me it was enough. Running a marathon is no easy task and it is not something that is over and done with in a few hours, it takes training, devotion, committment, but to do it for the benefit of others who could not do it for themselves takes even more than that, it takes a genuine loyalty to the community in which you live. To me people like Mark deserve the same respect that is given to our community police officers, and some would agree more than is awarded to our local councillors who are financially rewarded for failing to control the large corporations who mismanage our Social Housing Corporations.

This is Marks Home. Does he deserve this? I think not, no one does!

This is a Live feed to my electricity meter. Touch this and it`s Lights Out! literally, this is in my front room and it worries me because of feedback, this sort of installation is a potential danger to anybody when it is so badly located and so obviously poorly maintained but how would you like this in the same house as your children?

The previous tenants knocked the hallway wall down to open up the front room, there is a crack in the ceiling plaster board,above this is my sons bedroom brick wall.there has to be a support?
how long has my frontroom got to stay like this? How much longer must we worry?

This is new extractor fan it has low voltage wiring,so if we get out the bath and get eletrocuted we might just live to tell the tale.
I have just been told by an independent electrician that this is a major safety risk and that I should get in contact with the HSE as soon as possible.

This is the electrical extractor fan that was left hanging over our bath for two months. We have been without a bathroom light for over 8 months.

that is gob smacking!!! who in their right mind would leave a families house with this electrical fitting hanging over a BATH!!!! what sort of electrician would leave this like that?? What sort of landlord would let him???

My 5 year old son has autism, I run for him and other children who have disabilities, is my house a safe environment? Surely he deserves better?
Bromley council and Amicus Horizon,seem to think it is safe. Either that or they just don`t care, or maybe like other disabled tenants they believe that we do not deserve better.

My poor wife has seizures as a result of stress, her health has deteriorated badly because of all of this.Is this an act of violence from amicus horizon? because it certainly feels like it. Every time I say goodnight to my children it is like someone is hitting me, or them.

This is our new bathroom suite in our back garden for 2 weeks,builders refuse to install it because of asbestos in our bathroom,is this safe for my family?

so its not ok for the builders to go in the bathroom but its fine for a 5yr old to bath in there and brush their teeth every day! makes me sick!!!
we could`nt even use the toilet when it was raining

its true coz most marriege and relationship break coz of the same issue.

We have to somehow buy a new cooker and Microwave oven because when we turn them on the electrics blow, how are we supposed ton afford these things? They both worked fine until they put new electrics in our kitchen. I try to stay cool but this makes my wife ill and I worry that the children do not understand that all of this is not caused by me, it is caused by Amicus Horizon, but do they really understand that? I just want to move now, I have had enough. I need to move before I become ill, who will care for my family then. Not my landlord!. This is our fourth day without a cooker and it`s the weekend. I have lots more disturbing photographs.

I brought this up to the builders who are doing our batroom,still awaiting answer.You can open and shut the window but it does not lock,I am hoping they will refit the window properly, and refit fan? we will see?

hi guys surveyer came yesterday took lots of photos,we have been offered to have temp accom. for them to carry out works, Amicus are ringing us at 11.30 to offer us permanant accom ?

I recieved an apology from Amicus Horizon on Friday. The builder was scolded terribly be Amicus Horizon on Monday. The builder left us like this on Tuesday.
