We`re getting asked what is this video protesting about? it is`nt, if it is meant to mean anything it is that a used vote is a wasted vote. vote labour; get illegal war and hundreds of thousands dead. vote tory and it looks almost like civil ...war, hundreds of thousands cast into poverty and unemployment but the fact is whoevers in, we put them there They do these things in our name because our vote is our signature, if no one or just a few voted then it would all collapse very quickly, alright we might end up with King Charles but he is ever so good on architecture! The point is many are demonstrating because some people are using the situation to promote themselves be careful what you put your signature (vote) to next time. My guess is the vulnerable end up the losers because when the students win their cause they will stop protesting, when the unions win theirs so will they and a few hundred disabled protesters will be quickly run over with tanks lol.

No wage cuts for Hastings councillors and £250,000 put aside for the pier so who is actually getting these cuts the councils or the residents? in Hastings the answer is the residents. Hastings council is great at begging but not a lot of good at creating or money management (especially when it comes to the benefit department) Conquest hospital may have to share a pathology department with Eastbourne hospital, does`nt sound life threatening but not nice if you are kept in isolation because they cannot get results. Would`nt Hastings residents benefit much more if the scrap yard iron fund of £250,000 was donated to the Conquest hospital, Hastings council have an opportunity to save a life rather than waste one or, they could just use the money themselves rather than misuse the benefit system, not that that would suit Amicus Horizon.
Bullying, threats, maladministration, lies, deceit, fake debts and possession orders. Hastings deserves better.

#onereddrop The picture (left) is a photo taken today 19th/01/2011. It shows the damp beginning to spread across the wall again. Hastings council inspected 3 times and ordered Amicus Horizon to sort it out. Amicus Horizon arranged for damp experts Booker and Best Ltd Windmill House St Leonards on Sea to inspect (2009) Booker and Best Ltd said No sign of damp, despite the pooling water on the floor. Another surveyor said that the skin was damaged under the floor and needed fixing. This room was last decorated 3 months ago, it is very wrong that Amicus Horizon can ignore Hastings council when Hastings council obey their every command and it is a pity that Hastings council and Amicus Horizon don`t follow Rother councils advice that Booker and Best are just not good enough or up to the task of supplying quality workmanship.

#onereddrop This picture shows our dining room wall, last decorated in July 2010. Booker and Best Ltd and Amicus Horizon Chief Surveyor Ron Grimmer inspected several times and said there is no trace of damp or mould. Hastings council inspected 3 times and declared it a health hazard possibly caused by a faulty damp course. Amicus Horizon promised to obey the order for repairs from Hastings council but the truth is they have ignored them yet again.

#onereddrop In 2008 we asked Amicus Horizon when they intended to repaint the outside of our properties, they replied soon. We asked when they had last repainted the outside of our properties, they replied about 4 years ago (as promised in our tenancy agreements) We showed that they never had repainted the outside of our properties. We asked them again in 2009 and they replied "we did them about 4 years ago" We asked Hastings councillor Jeremy Birch and he replied; We have no powers to make Amicus Horizon do anything.
We asked Ron Grimmer Amicus Horizon and recorded his reply; "We did them about 4 years ago2. So today we are asking them again;When will you be repainting the outside of your properties?. We will post the reply here (if we get one)

#onereddrop #icentre Amicus Horizon are calling on us today to survey for an estimate for the adaptations that we have been denied for so many years (Turned out to be just A.S.C who came so it was`nt so bad)but no matter how hard we try we cannot get them to tell us how much rent we should be paying. Amicus Horizon and hastings council benefit office have repeatedly ignored all requests from us and, from the Housing Ombudsman and, Amber Rudd MP and have "ceased contact" except for one telephone call from Amicus Horizon where they asked "Do you like what we have done with your rent?". First they create a fake review then, they discard the forms you fill in and get a courier to fill in replacements then, they forge your signature onto the replacement forms then, they backdate "their false claim" and create a years back rent arrears and then, they simply refuse to talk to anyone, they refuse you access to their complaints process and, they refuse to hear an appeal that includes any information which might suggest their staff did anything wrong. When you are faced with that situation you are left with nowhere to go except the Administrative Court which is where we have gone for help.

#onereddrop. We asked everyone to support our onereddrop event beginning tomorrow, looks like they started a little early. It can be hard being a tenant of Amicus Horizon if you have dared complain about a repair but whether or not you are a tenant or a homeowner some level of council tax benefit might apply to you. The next 30 days will lead as many as possible to the truth about how Hastings Borough Council manipulate or, in some cases deliberately distort claimants details. It is wrong, if it is not illegal it certainly should be. Take a look be informed, ask questions if you have doubts but whatever you do when it comes time to vote remember how this council operates!

Great photo of Hastings pier makes you almost want to save it but, how many people could you help with the millions it would cost? Hastings council argue that the money would not come from them but, they have set aside £250,000 for the pier, previous publications from them stated that they paid £200,000 for the inspections, how much did the asbestos removal cost and, the making safe and the ever present security. In Hastings we have cuts cuts cuts. Our hospitals bleeding, our police are cutting back in fact the only ones not economising appears to be our councillors best not to agree with any of that though or you might find yourself suffering some cuts especially if you`re recieving benefit

No one wants to investigate Amicus Horizon, they have too much power in this town and a very unhealthy control of Hastings borough council but we will contnue to collect names. The authorities are aware, they already have a petition and they are going to get another one when our #onereddrop month is over.
Complaints made to the police so far have not even resulted in anyone being asked one single question. We will be in court soon in against Hastings council we are taking our lists with us.

We are organising a protest in Hastings on #bikers day. We need as many stickers as we can get so feel free to contribute. We are promoting this on facebook twitter and also on the cbrxx club site and the Pan european club site having spent most of my life as a motorcycle courier I know we will geta lot of response especially from disabled bikers so if you can help passing out leaflets etc please put your name up
