The useless complaints system of Amicus Horizon and Hastings Borough Council has not changed but now at last the police no longer refuse to accept complaints against Amicus Horizon Don`t go to them with civil complaints.

We are now so concerned by the lies of Hastings Police officers and their determination to protect Amicus Horizon Housing Association and Holden and co solicitors from complaints that could and should lead to criminal investigations that we are moving our computers from our homes so that they cannot be taken or tampered with. The fact that Chief Inspector Ling remains under suspension and that Chief Inspector Taylor has not acted as he promised to is of great concern to us. We do not intend to fall victim to any of the above again (referring to Amicus Horizon) and we have no intention of being pushed into abandoning any of our complaints. Hastings police are our main cause for concern because if they can lie, break police rules and pick and choose which complaints to record then that is good enough reason for us to keep our heads down and protect the remaining copies of the files that mysteriously disappeared from Holdens offices.
We are continuing with our complaints against all of the above even if the end result is a foregone conclusion and we will keep our face book page, and the face book comment box on our homepage updated as much as we can with our phones. We realise that our decision may appear to seem a little over cautious, but the behaviour of the police is so wrong in our eyes that we think it is the best thing that we can do. We lost trust in Hastings police when Chief Inspector Ling was suspended and our complaints into Hastings court were inexplicably rejected after they issued a case number, we were not comfortable having to go through it all again with Chief Inspector Taylor and we now have no trust in them at all especially because they would have us believe that they are powerless to act against our landlord prior to viewing evidence, for years now we have been trying to get them to view evidence but they just return it with excuses or reject it on the spot without even pretending to look at it, we have no way of knowing what their true intentions are but it is once again very plain that Hastings police do not accept complaints from disabled tenants against Amicus Horizon Housing Association or any of their staff or associates and we cannot go higher than we have already been.
We have now raised enough to re issue our summons against the police this will be submitted into court on the 28th

#ukuncuts Block the bridge protest to save the NHS attended by thousands of people and groups from all over the country. Great carnival atmosphere, the police were very tolerant.
#RighttoWork campaigners and #Unite had lots of followers attending and #onereddrop were interviewed by the Financial Times, Radio London and the BBC.
Great to meet up with so many friends again even better to make so many more.
How much longer it will remain our NHS is doubtful
our children will probably never know a good healthy service again

In response to my complaints to the court about the fake delays in issuing our summons against the police. Hastings county court rejected my applications today. These are the same papers they said were in perfect order on the 01st June.

When 1066 Housing decided to share the personal details of about 28,000 tenants with us. I phoned them up and asked: "What do you want me to do with all of these direct debit details?"They replied: "Do what you want we don`t care." Click Here
So I did. I gave them to the Hastings Observer who as you would expect sorted things out.
1066 Housing Association which is owned and ruled by Amicus Horizon which is ruled by Steve Harriott recently objected to our group "Churchill United" owning similar domain names to their own. So far they have spent thousands of pounds in their attempts to hijack these domain names from us in their efforts to avoid supplying the football kit that they promised to our teenage members. The cost of this football kit was only £350.00 when we recieved the first letter from their solicitors our reply stated amicably that we no longer had any use for the two domain names they were planning to dispute and we stated very plainy if you want them just ask but they could not bring themselves to ask the people that they had defrauded and proceeded with their actions through nominet.Tenant involvement! they throw away tens of thousands of pounds that could/should have been used on our young residents. Bullying is in their nature they just cannot help it.No matter how much they spend trying to hide the truth we will continue to put up sites that show what they are really like.

 Hastings police. Are they working for the community or a bullying social housing landlord? Who is in control at Hastings police is it the police authority or is it Amicus Horizons Jane Porter. Disability discrimination should be a serious matter, Hastings police state it is a "non crime" Chief Inspector Mark Ling said under no circumstances would he allow any investigation against Amicus Horizon. WHY?. Chief Inspector Laurence Taylor said that is not how it works since he took command but if that is correct why has he broken his promises to investigate. Police policy? or Amicus Horizon policy?

Name Hidden. It is terrible when the Government,Police, & Local Councils do not support Disabled People; but the Police are there to protect the public; especially the Vulnerable. This is truly shocking! you would have thought that The Hastings Constabulary would have learnt from the case where the Woman who with her Disabled daughter had been tortured by local youths until she could take no more! She set fire to herself & her daughter in their car! her pleas to the local Police over a considerable time period were ignored. Do Hastings Constabulary want a repeat of this kind? Obviously they do!!!

June.K. Brilliant. RedDrop is a great site run by a great guy. One who has guts to stand up and keep standing up. There is not many like him and many go to the wayside. But it is because of people like this that campaigns go on and things are stopped. Things may be bad, but you will never know how worse they can get without people like this standing up and putting the blocks and skids on. At the most you can raise a smile that it has costs Amicus Horizon and corupt local govt officials millions to keep fighting these things rather than do the right thing in the first place. Honesty and decency and doing the right thing in the beginning is always the best.

Christina housing associations are not exempt from prosecution they are not above the law
Ann The police should be independently investigated for their lack of proper inquiry into these numerous complaints and for their persistence in not giving due seriousness to the criminality taking place against Disabled tenants. It should be recognised that we face institutional & systematic discrimination - there needs to be a public inquiry into this. The Ex Hastings Bikers Day
More and more bikers are coming forward to support our cause and bikers clubs welcome our posts and links. We had a great response on bikers day and we are going to work non stop over the next 12 months to build on the success we are having.
Hastings councils decision to "recognise" bikers day in response to the start of our 2011 campaign has fooled no one, especially not the bikers! The Hastings run is a great event invented by the bikers not the credit grabbing council and next year this event will be known by a different name among those that matter (the bikers) because Bikers support the ride not the council.
Bikers support disabled bikers not those who bully them.
Bikers support other bikers and over the next few days we will begin posting links to the clubs supporting us. Next year will be more than a ride for fun. Next year they will mix business with pleasure and they will deliver a reddrop to a council that allows old ladies like Daphne 78 to be bullied, disabled bikers to be bullied. Next year you`re going to get a Redrun!

Chief Inspector Mark Ling of Hastings police has been suspended from duty following the discovery of an offensive text message, news sources say that the text may or may not contain texte relating to racial, sexual or disability discrimination.
Last week we filed a complaint into the Hastings court because Inspector Ling stated that under no circumstances would he allow any investigation into criminal complaints against Amicus Horizon housing.
Our solicitor has still not found our missing files relating to our complants against Amicus Horizon

Our aim was to bring attention to the deplorable living conditions imposed upon disabled tenants of Amicus Horizon Housing Association and the total lack of interest or care that seemed to prevail within Hastings council.
16th August 2010 was a good day for Hastings.
That was the day that Hastings council could no longer claim that they were "unaware"

At last our fight for repairs and adaptations is over, we have endured a very long and extremely spiteful struggle with Amicus Horizon and their friends in Hastings council and other organisations.
We can now at last hopefully begin to enjoy our home. We will continue to maintain this site and to support others who find themselves suffering the same difficulties but think carefully before you decide to stand up against this landlord because they are ruthless and very powerful and even though we have seen victories against them the cost to us, or you is far more damaging and expensive than anything you will get from them and it is also very likely that you will become permanent enemies of organisations that you may need to rely upon.
Our fight has already lasted years and it will probably be another year before we actually get them to court and that will not change for anyone else unless other authorities such as Ombudsmen and police and the Crown Prosecution Service decide to see the offences being committed for what they really are "hate crimes".
After 6 years we finally have access to our home which is a sort of success but a move to a different landlord would have made a happier ending for us. Also if you are considering standing up against these people consider the fact that you get so used to fighting you may not know when to stop because you will never get an apology, if you win it will either look as if you have lost or that your struggle never happened and worse than anything else you will see Hastings through different eyes and realise the dreadful misuse of power.
We will continue to fight against disability discrimination and especially against the zero tolerance policies towards teenagers here. Every town needs big landlords but landlords own houses they should never be allowed to own a town or its council.

This is what happens when your council scraps all housing laws, discards all human rights laws and allows social housing landlords to just do as they please. If this was a reputable landlord then quite possibly no harm would be done but it is`nt, this is an Amicus Horizon Housing Association home and their track record is quite shocking, their methods are illegal and their directors openly boast about the control and influence they have over Hastings Borough Council.
Most people agree that bullying is wrong but Amicus Horizon Housing Association and Hastings Borough Council think it is sound policy.
As for laws like those mentioned above and the data protection Act, anti discrimination laws they just don`t carry any weight in Hastings anymore.
