We are organising a protest around Hastings on #bikers day. We need as many stickers as we can get so feel free to contribute. We are promoting this on facebook twitter and also on the cbrxx club site and the Pan european club site having spent most of my life as a motorcycle courier I know we will geta lot of response especially from disabled bikers so if you can help passing out leaflets etc please put your name up.
We will have 5 stands along the a21 where you can stop and collect a leather friendly banner have a free cup of tea and pick up a leaflet. Please share this event on your bike club forums.

None of these stickers are suitable for crash helmets.

Hastings council is run by Jeremy Birch, and he runs it to favour businesses like Amicus Horizon Housing Association rather than tenants or other residents. Many disabled residents suffer great hardship because of the discrimination from some of these organisations. If you dare to complain or criticise these misfunctioning public bodies then they quickly make life very hard especially if you have a disability. Amber Rudd MP tries to help and just across from the creative centre in Robertson street is Holden and co solicitors who accept legally aided tenants who are suffering housing or disability harassment. That door still looks too good to have done by B&B. I have worked indirectly for B&B in the past but it is not listed on my CV. I have never worked for any other company that has so many cowboys, and even management caught stxxxing do not get sacked. I have a lot of photos of their poor diy,er style of workmanship as I have had to put it right, and again, those people remain within the company.

We were served with summonses this morning by Hastings borough council, serving the community. We will put the results up after the case is heard.
We also recieved a letter from Jon Head of Amicus Horizon (there is quite a lot on this site about Mr Head) inspite of ordering us to empty two of our rooms (which cause the loss of three rooms) in November it seems we must now wait a little longer while changes are considered. The Kray twins were more subtle and probably more caring towards their community but we will wait as instructed and we will continue to live in the conditions imposed by their reckless staff and we will continue to publish.

Please give us your support join our Mayday event. A lot of people visit Hastings on that day and we want to show as many as we can what Hastings is really like. Its an awful lot more than a smoking pier. We are confident that visitors coming from the London area will not miss us but we need more vehicles along the A27 route. We also need anyone attending Superbike meetings in the U.K to put our magnets on their cars or our stickers on their leathers because many attending those meetings will also attend bikers day in Hastings. We have Box Hill and Epping meeting points covered from March until May if you meet up in your area`s at weekends please wear a sticker.
You will not just be helping my family. Hastings is a very nice town but it is not run by anyone who cares about the people who live here. I never voted because I thought it was boring if I wanted to save the world I donated £2 a month from some tv ad but I definitely think differently now because I have seen over the past couple of years that there are more council victims than traffic accidents and many of them are fatal. The reason its not noticed is because when some poor isolated eccentric/sad old lady commits suicide because she can no longer manage the walk to bingo or because she has a councillor who favours her landlords wants, above her needs then suicide must seem quite attractive. I have learnt that voting can be a matter of life and death but not yours which is why you have not noticed yet. We have a council like that in Hastings, they bully, they cheat and they manipulate the law so cleverly it looks like the law but feels like a crime if you are on the recieving end of it. The next time you get an opportunity to vote in Hastings vote these dangerous people out and make Hastings an even better place than it already is.
I just had a call from Jon Head of Amicus Horizon Housing association, This is the same Jon Head that we demonstrated about, the same Jon Head that threatened Daphne a 78 year old disabled lady who has trouble getting to bingo, The same Jon Head that bullied (or tried to) Tim and Brenda and, the same Jon Head who was trying to bully me. The same Jon Head who said he was head of Adult Social Care and who Amicus Horizon promised would never be contacting my family again. He said that he was returning my call to him but I would not call him for any reason so he is as organised as he ever was. Bullying from big guys to the sick, the disabled or the aged is a dangerous game he has been reported to the police on several occasions but all the time our council protects Amicus Horizon Housing they have a licence to still

Its good to have my computer back at last. #imay #onereddrop After a week of being held back by loads of paperwork and bad weather, its a lovely day at last. we will be out later (banners only out of ink) on the a21 and tonight and then peak times everyday. Chris has been really good carrying on while we got our court papers ready she is a great friend of Hastings.
Jeremy Birch is apparently getting a good seeing to on Facebook because of the amount of dog poo on the streets lol. I recently sent a letter to the council about this, they can carry on with their fake prosecutions (that we proved beyond any doubt at all in court are fake) the truth is that 90% of this mess is caused by foxes. 7 in our back garden last night and three playing on the front garden walls as I write. Don`t get me wrong foxes are lovely but they carry deadly diseases and they are wild dogs, the children are feeding them sweets and stroking them on a daily basis our council replied that apart from a couple of instances (not in Hastings) where young babies were attacked the opinion is that they are safe. Ask your doctor... I do not agree with hunting but ask your doctor do these animals pose a threat to our children? then ask your council the same question. Just as with disability assessments you will find the council ignores all doctors advice.

Hastings councillors refused a £35,000 wage cut no one cared.

At least £450,000 on a burnt out wreck ( I mean the pier not referring to any councillors)
By their calculations thats about £5.50 wasted by ours its about £525,000 and there are many more things that could be added to that list. They deserve cuts but as you can see it could easily be done without job cuts or voluntary euthansia
All Jeremy Birch cares about is the pier but if they had not given it away to some South (American wannabe a pier owner;) and started a lottery campaign back then it would still be here and looking good (but probably still empty) We do not want piers, Fountains, absolutely immaculate town halls or chauffer driven mayors. We want good decent housing and jobs and safe streets and a hospital that keeps its own pathology department, most of all we want fair treatment according to the law! Taxpayers and governments do not give vulnerable people benefit rights so that they can be confiscated by a council that refuses wage cuts while people sleep on the streets and no government intended that solicitors should be needed in order to submit a claim.

Every single evening we say good night to people leaving Hastings and every morning rush hour we say hello.
Hastings council and Amicus Horizon Housing association think its amusing but if they realised how many people stop and chat and enquire they would be concerned about how much longer they can continue bullying. 78 year old Daphne, all she needed was a friend and some genuine support she was treated like a criminal. The longer we do this the more obvious it becomes that Hastings police don`t just chase bank robbers and attend accidents they are also our social services, our council advice line. They are not just filling gaps they are every service we have and they probably get lower wages. Tim told us today that Hastings chief police officer arranged a tenants meeting, Tim says that he turned up accompanied by their community officer and inspite of promises of attendance from all of Hastings councillors not one of them bothered to turn up and Tim says, not surprisingly neither did Amicus Horizon. Shame on all of them!
This guy turned up, almost killed himself stopping started taking photo`s when Lisa got out with her camera he legged it lol
We`re around every single day different location. Chris and Dave are out 3 times a week. Lee is out 3 times a week and Charles is out 3 times a week and Daniels out 3 times a week and at weekends we`re all out.
We are going to have a #onereddrop bikers day this year. In the end they will listen!

The new outside wall (patio) that they built for us last september is cracking and splitting quite badly, bricks are actually falling off. We had a professional builder look at it he says it is a danger, he says the cement mix was wrong and its basically been built with sand, he also said that they built it on the remains of the prvious wall which is bowed and should have been taken down. He advises us not to lean on it until it is repaired.

In all the years we have been doing this we have never asked for donations, everything we have done we have paid for ourselves but now we are requesting that you help us raise funds for a TV commercial it does`nt cost a fortune and if we all join together we can make this happen. The truth is remarkably different! Openness? They are defying the Data Protection Act by refusing to supply us with information. It is now 105 days since they recieved our request but they really don`t want you or the courts getting sight of what we know is in these files.
Take a roam around this site and see how they treat "vulnerable" residents of this town and the next time you have the opportunity to vote remember they are doing it all in your name! Stamp it Out!

Our papers were returned from the High Court today because we did not supply enough copies for interested parties, we have remedied that and we are returning our papers today.
The I.C.O have recieved our documents so that appears to be acceptable.
We will be out and about for the evening rush hour today so if you see us stop and pick up a car sticker.

The more we do this the more enquiries we get and the more support that we get we have ordered more stickers and magnets put them on your cars/vans/bikes everytime someone visits this site they get a true sample of the quality of their landlord, their builder and their council.

Imagine what those cuts feel like to vulnerable disabled tenants already suffering harrassment from a bad landlord, already living in squalor because of a bad builder, struggling on benefits already being cut by a bad council.

On bikers day (so far) we have house banners going up on Bexhill road between Glynde Gap and Harley Shute, Queens road, The Ridge and Alexander Park we also have car banners which will be in place all along the A21 from as far away as Hildenborough and the A27 from Lewes and also along the A259. We have our 1066ha sunbathers for the beach and other helpers to distribute leaflets in the town and along the seafront. It is good that Hastings is recognising Bikers day but itv is equally important that the bikers who bring so much to Hastings are shown how Hastings council treat disabled bikers who actually live here. We will be at Box Hill and Epping this weekend as well as the A21 if you know a biker point him to this site

1066ha.07th.03.2011#imay #onereddrop.Our rule twisting Hastings Borough Council forced Hastings Magistrates Court to issue a liability order against us this morning. We expected this result so we were not disapointed. It is not over yet though because now we have the courts decision we can submit our application for a Judical review which is prepared and ready to deliver then hopefully we can have things looked at with much more care.
