Feelin Blue cos I ain`t got no bedroom cos my landlord Amicus Horizon are real bad guys who don`t care enough about their tenants to do repairs. I`ll put words to this later to better express how I feel but the thrill is gone and so is my bedroom.

Answer Darren Goodsell. Amicus Horizon... We pay £10 for the first day and then a further £2 per day for each repair until the repair is completed.

How long did it take you to repair our walls which we first reported to you in November 2004?

Amicus Horizon Ron Grimmer... It will be done very soon. 16th February 2010. Job nearly done 26th,March 2010.

Answer Amicus Horizon. Robin Deane; It was a mistake we had mistakenly applied your payments to another property.

Why did you issue a notice of eviction against us when Booker and Best mistakenly claimed that we had denied them access to carry out maintenance work.


Answer. Amicus Horizon: That was an error. Booker and Best delivered the notice in our name but without our knowledge. They are authorised to issue such notices on our behalf without prior consultation.

Amicus Horizon ordered us to make holes in our ceilings to allow water to run off following a burst pipe why won`t you repair the ceilings?


Answer Darren Goodsell Amicus Horizon. The interior decorations is your responsibility not Amicus Horizons. We told you to make holes to prevent damage to the property.

Answer Booker and Best. We would never advise anyone to make holes in the ceilings.

Will you pay compensation for all of this damage?


Answer Darren Goodsell Amicus Horizon... Yes if you supply me with the receipts for the items that are damaged but I doubt that you will get what you deserve, it`s not this company`s policy to pay compensation.
