YOUR COMPLAINT:BEHAVIOUR OF RON GRIMMER
Thank you for your complaint and for providing the recording as requested.
I have now listened to the recording of the recent conversation between Ron and Jim Cowan from Booker and Best during their visit to your home the other week.
I have also spoken to Ron and Jim about the conversation they had. As a result of my investigation, here are some of the key facts I have been able to establish from them :-
a. The conversation was conducted partly at the rear of your home and also on the pavement outside your home.
You mean in my back garden.
b. Both Ron and Jim confirmed they were alone and were unaware anyone else was listening to their conversation.
Odd considering Ron Grimmer is clearly whispering and states very clearly Less said the better.
Ron discussed options for the works proposed to your patio with Jim and then had a seperate private discussion with Jim about issues completely unrelated to you or your home.
For 45 minutes are`nt these people supposed to be at work? just a thought. Perhaps that is why no repairs get done properly or at all.
In my opinion, during the discussion about your patio. Ron made suggestions about the work he thought would be suitable. He described the options of relaying in concrete or using slabs and confirmed with Jim how he wanted to fit handrails and a suitable wall. Ron said he wanted to discuss it with you and came across as wanting to ensure we provided a patio you would be happy with.
In the second part of the conversation, Ron was discussing with Jim issues which had no relevance to you or your property. After speaking to Ron, in hindsight it may have been prudent to have had that discussion in our offices You speak like that in your offices! so if it`s normal to you why call the police on tourettes syndrome sufferers who according to you speak the same way that you do but have the excuse of a disability? however Ron was not expecting a private conversation to be recorded. Had Ron had this conversation in Your offices I would accept that it was private, but as this conversation took place on my property in the presence of my 13 year old daughter I would say that it was not, and as every other conversation from Ron Grimmer on this property has been recorded , as you and he have always been aware I would say that either Ron is a fool or a liar.
During both conversations. Ron did swear and Ron apologises if this caused any offence to you or your family. Not to me or my family he has`nt. However Ron was talking to Jim and unaware anyone else was listening I`m getting that De Ja Vu feeling. let alone recording what was being said.
Ron assures me but not us? that his only intention was to ensure we would be carrying out work to your patio area which you and your family would be happy with. Booker and Best confirm today that you are not? I trust this clarifies things for you. I see that Ron is a liar and by your own words that you and your company share an acceptance of his attitudes towards disabled people and the type of language that is acceptable in front of children. However, if you do have any further enquiries please let me know. I was wrong about these people they are nowhere near as convincing as Mohammed Saeed so I cannot see much point in pursuing this any further with Darren Goodsell but I`ll tell you what I`m thinking, this is what I`m thinking. I`m thinking, What I`m saying is, Here comes another Youtube video, thankyou for letting me know the language is acceptable for public broadcasting.
