Chief Inspector Mark Ling has finally had his hearing and the decision was exactly as we predicted.
Chief Inspector Mark ling was found guilty of Gross misconduct and given a 2nd written warning. Sussex police - Amber Rudd - Hastings Council - Police Standards Committee once again making it official that it is okay to ridicule the disabled and the less fortunate in Hastings.
This decision pours shame on all of the above for all of the obvious reasons, we will continue with our actions against the police and just hope that they have at least enough decency not to return this officer back to duty in Hastings.
No doubt there will be celebrating in the Hastings station over this which is pretty sic considering how quick they are to support the disabled when its one of them.

Wherever he ends up he is a non cop no one could have any respect for him any more.

I will continue reporting incidents to the police but its difficult to take them seriously anymore, we all know they are not going to do anything, we are just creating a diary with them that they cannot deny, we are still waiting for them to collect our property from Holden solicitors "as promised" but they won`t do that because then they would have to admit that he does not have it and that would implicate them.#therealhastings #

Mark Lings hearing lasted a full two days!
Odd if it was just an offensive text that he pleaded guilty to?
So what was the text?
When are you going to publish his poetry?
What else was investigate?
Failure to keep records perhaps?
Refusing to accept criminal complaints maybe?
Private protection for Amicus Horizon?
Destroying evidence. Surely not?
Failing to investigate Holden and co solicitors. Possible?
Failing to investigate Laurence Talbot solicitor?
Disability discrimination? very likely?
I could go on but theres no real need because in #therealhastings we know who the police work for and it certainly is not the disabled.
If you need a real copper in Hastings don`t even bother above the rank of sergeant because thats the level that they stop being coppers and become something else.

Chief Inspector Ling has been credited with the extraordinary low crime rate in Hastings East Sussex (I bet not many would want to walk the streets at night!) but there is nothing magical about these faked figures they were attained by refusing to accept complaints, in particular from disabled residents (and we already know the police view of them) Then there is the police refusal to accept complaints against staff employed by Amicus Horizon Housing Association or contractors like Booker and Best or Solicitors like Holden and co of Hastings. The list goes on so if the above are all immune to criminal prosecution which they certainly were under the watch of Chief Inspector Ling and they definitely are under the watch of Chief Inspector Taylor what hope is there for any justice? Sadly the answer appears to be none.
We or people we support (all disabled) have been turned away by Hastings police (No complaints logged) trying to submit complaints and good evidence of assault. Threats of violence. Fake evictions. Disconnection of gas water and electricity. Harassment. Persecution. Criminal damage. fraud. Perverting the course of Justice. Falsifying or withholding evidence.
That is the true picture of Hastings Police.

We are ten sixty six housing action we are based in Hastings in southern England. We started as a local group fighting against the illegal policies of a large social housing group whose latest company name is Amicus Horizon housing corporation who have a long history of discrimination towards their disabled and vulnerable tenants. Complaints against this anti social landlord go all the way back to the beginning of this arrogant company and they are well known for their aggressive behaviour towards those who have little hope of fighting back against them. We have fought back against them and we have had many victories against them in spite of the misguided support they command from Members of Parliament like Michael Foster and Amber Rudd and the police and government authorities.

We have forced many changes upon this company, since our struggle began in 2005 they have said goodbye to many staff members including their CEO Adriene Reid. They have changed their company name and started many fake projects trying to put a friendly face on an unfriendly business. The police have also suffered losses because of their subservience to this malfunctioning organisation, their latest humiliation was the loss of there Hastings commander Chief Inspector Mark Ling who blatantly insisted that under no circumstances would he allow any investigation of Amicus Horizon housing association, now he is gone but his successor Chief Inspector Taylor appears to be intent on continuing this unhealthy support of Amicus Horizon and we will continue to fight until the police agree and accept that this company and their staff do not deserve immunity from the law and should be treated the same as any other common criminal. Now we have followers and supporters from all over the world, many thousands of them on face book, twitter and many other social networking sites, where we are also known as #onereddrop and we support several other groups fighting similar causes to our own.

We are strong and loyal supporters of anonymous because of their dedication to protecting the freedoms that are so important to us all in every country of our world such as, freedom of speech and the entitlement to know the truth and like |Anonymous we do not forget, we do not forgive. We also support the 99% who protest so bravely and peacefully against enormous odds for all of us.

Hastings is one of the most famous towns in England best known for the battle of 1066 which they lost but we must not lose the battle that is taking place now especially since we now have the first undemocratic authority in the country since the leader of our council Jeremy Birch promoted himself above all others, if things are not corrected we will find ourselves living under this mini dictatorship with little hope of obtaining justice in our small community

We are not asking any support from any group or individual other than they see our cause and make others aware because that is all the support that we need. The truth is here bleeding from the open wounds that we have inflicted upon this corporate animal and even though we know and accept that this truth is acceptable to our present government we also know that common knowledge of the situation here is not acceptable to our local government or the police authority or to those who believe in equality, human rights or common decency.

We ask for no favours other than you make others aware of the corrupt nature of those controlling our everyday lives. We live under the boot of an Amicus Horizon police authority. An Amicus Horizon council. An Amicus Horizon member of Parliament. An Amicus horizon landlord who controls 30,000 properties.

We do not have the powers or the skills or the massive following that Anonymous has but we do have these things in common with them;
We are plumbers, we are tenants, homeowners, homeless, we are disabled, we are policemen, we are carers, we are shop workers, we are unemployed, we are nurses, we are roadsweepers, we are IT consultants. we are the person you spoke to last night in the pub. We are not as many but we do not forgive and we do not forget we live and work among those we fight and we will not stop until those we fight no longer work among us.

Latest; Chief Inspector Taylor has been promoted (congratulations) to Superintendent of Sussex Police and will be leaving Hastings.

13th December 2011. We collected our files from Holden and co Solicitors today and as we stated to the police Holden Solicitors did not have them. Its lucky for them that they have POLICE PROTECTION
